Review: Bought these Monday, they arrived Tuesday. The bunch I ordered showed at least 4 different types of flowers. Mine came with 2! The roses are browning and the other ones were wilting. After calling customer services for over an hour and no one answered so I resorted to emailing. To which they just keep repeating them selves. Telling me these are up to standard of size and quality. These were meant to be a large bouquet and was definitely not matched to their ability but I suppose with how incompetent they are I suppose 2 flowers is all they are capable of! They are refusing a refund and I am currently speaking with trading standards! How dare they rip so many people off and steal their money. I could have picked better from the park!!

Review: Absolute shocker of an online florist. Ordered some flowers for my sisters birthday, paid extra to upgrade for a medium bunch and extra for next day delivery. Well the flowers that were delivered looked nothing like the flowers I ordered. What was delivered was mostly all green with 3/4 yellow flowers! Emailed them and they asked for photos, which I sent, they then proceeded to tell me that the florist manager has looked at the photos and can confirm that the flowers match what I ordered. Can I suggest that the florist manager takes a trip to spec savers! I contacted my card provider who contacted 123 flowers and was told the same thing. My card provider asked me for photos of my order and the delivery and refunded my money. Obviously my card provider didn’t need to go spec-savers.This seller is falsely advertising beautiful flowers and then sending out low quality tat! Be warned DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE and if you have contact your card provider to get a refund

Review: Ordered online, as was free delivery but don’t make the same mistake as I did. Address was incorrect on order form but florist refused to refund money and tried to give me £10 credit. Flowers did not cost £10!!! Absolutely shocking customer service, wouldn’t give a full refund even after sending many emails. Most companies are Happy to give a refund especially if you haven’t provided a service! Happy to provide evidence if needed. Please stay away, spend a bit more somewhere else and get your money’s worth.
